A nice smaller town in Syros, but fairly quiet. We visited in September and kept finding that restaurants were shutting early as it was quiet!

A quiet restful place near the beach
"The Maistrali is located across from the beach, near several restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are large, with a nice outside balcony, overlooking the sea. "We enjoyed this beautiful hotel so much! The staff are top notch and everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast, great tips for seeing the area and restaurants, and the hotel provided bottled water throughout our stay which we loved. We highly recommend Onar Hotel and Suites!!"

"Just a 5 day stopover. Nicoli and clairi (apologies if spelt wrong) could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful every day. Just a 10 min stroll to town and ferry port. Lovely beach 20min stroll or 3 min bus ride away with tavernas. The one slight negative is the walking after dark ..."
