"Although a bit dated, this hotel is a wonderful place to unwind and to relax. The proximity of the beach area is quaint and allows the full experience of a vacation. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The service was prompt. I slept like a rock in the clean and comfortable bed. Loved the various pillow shapes. I was able to practice speaking my French and the staff was supportive. All shoppes and restaurants are a five to seven minute walk from the hotel and easily accessible....

"The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. "This property was very beautiful and quiet. It is right next to the beach. The property allows you to use a paddle board and a cycling boat to take out to the water which is cool. The place is not far from the island and can get to any destination quickly and without a problem. Ivor was very nice and always checked it. Thank you for a great relaxing stay. "

A delight of a hotel.

"My first visit to Fantastic Hotel, and I was delighted by several things: the warm welcome, the lovely room, the swimming pool and the near-by market to purchase food things. Delighted too that it is a short walk to Marigot Market and to the bus terminal for movement around the island. Because of age, I may not return to this hotel or even to the Island, but if I did, Fantastic is a lovey place to stay."
