"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The open bar in the lobby was nice . Check in was smooth and Natalia and Marcos as well as the other front desk staff were there whenever we had a question. The only suggestion is that the showers should have grab bars for safety."

"I stayed for a weekend. Being recently renovated, the room was quiet, clean, with nice towels and linens. My room did not have any windows, but with nice lighting, dimmable lamps, and good air conditioning, they were hardly missed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the location in central Old San Juan makes it a perfect for the very walkable area. Would book again. "

"We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...

"ROSA by DW was absolutely perfect! I loved the location and the studio was set up beautifully. The decor was well thought out and peaceful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower, it was a dream!! I highly recommend staying there and will hopefully be back! "

"This hotel was exactly as advertised. We felt this was an excellent value. The property is secure. We felt very safe in the hotel & neighborhood and had an excellent time!!! Angel was fantastic at communicating and we really felt valued as guests. This place is right by the beach & the hotel has an outdoor shower so you don’t have to worry about tracking sand into your room. This was a very walkable neighborhood with lots of fantastic restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"You have a great staff. They were friendly and helpful. I had never called an Uber before and they helped me set up an account and arrange from a driver. They let us leave our luggage so we could go somewhere for lunch while waiting for our room to be ready and offered to put valuables in the safe."

"The property was exactly as described. It gets loud on weekends due to crowds. We like the location and balcony. Things we didn’t like, there was keyed lock on exterior door with only one key. So if somebody got up early and wanted to leave, the guest were locked inside, same if part of the party wanted to stay out late at night. The other thing is we stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have any extra toilet paper or garbage bags. Wifi was spotty and would not connect to aany of oyr laptops"

"The property was lovely and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfasts there were awesome, as was the atmosphere of the lobby. The room was very pretty, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a really nice shower. The only thing disappointing was that neither the bar on the first floor nor the bar on the terrace or functional. Certainly not a deal-breaker. "
