"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"This hotel is in a busy neighborhood with road noise in the rooms. It’s a bit dated with stained carpet and curtains. The bed linens were clean. We found it easy to walk to places. We were there over a weekend and the restaurant options seemed limited and very similar. "

"We were pleasantly surprised at the space and amenities provided in this executive studio! PROS The building has 24-hour security and you can only enter via digital fingerprint - a big safety plus! The restaurant on the ground floor provided quick & easy coffee, breakfast and lunch options and the quality was excellent. Communication with the managers was quick & efficient. "Did not like. No lobby area sitting. Sat there for 2 hours waiting on room, was told 1 hour, ended up leaving and came back later at night to get room. The room are new and clean but laid out terrible. The bed right next to toilet. The TV far away and very small. The street side is very noisy."
