We had our own designated room but all the other guest rooms were open and it felt like being in a home and not a hotel. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and nice pillows. She felt like someone who we would want to be our friend, we even stopped at the front desk the next night just to chat with her! "Nice place! Close to shopping and dining. Need blackout curtains in room. Also a mini fridge would be nice in room. They do have a common area with a fridge and microwave and stove which is nice. Would definitely stay here again"
