"I am staying in this hotel for two days and enjoying its recently updated facilities. Front desk staffs are nice and kind and there was no issues to leave my luggages bit early before checking in to see Edinburgh Castle. Plenty of spaces for three people considering we are in UK, not North America. One small shortcoming would be no Kleenex type of tissues are available in the room. It locates near to everything such as Price’s street, Tourist attractions, restaurants/cafe and Tesco. I would stay...

"This hotel is in an excellent location for the price. Just off the royal mile, near the castle, Victoria st, Princes and Waverley station. Older building but the rooms are remodeled, spacious and very clean. They provide a safe and a kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and had a towel warmer rack and huge tub. The hotel also has a laundry facility free of charge. Front desk staff was so helpful. "

"On a 2 week Euro-trip, this was my fav stay. The staff was friendly, the place was easy to navigate. No issues with any outlets or appliances. Shopping & food was closeby - we didn't use transit once just because it was THAT walkable. Will def be coming back the next time I come to Edinburgh.
