"The hotel staff were very nice and the hotel smelled clean and was clean for the most part. A guest had walked with muddy boots throughout the hallway leaving muddy prints and clumps of mud. I guess I thought the staff should have been on top of that. Also if you want people to swim in your pool, it has to be warmer. We were very disappointed that it was so cold. Totally could not use it. But the hot tub was nice and the pool area was clean. Breakfast was really good too. "

"This was our second stay at this particular hotel. We needed a handicap assessable room for my husband who is blind, and we got the same one. The only thing that I noticed that could be a problem to some people was the quality of the towels and bedsheet. Some of the towels were thin and worn. "This is a beautifully maintained and comfortable property. It is stocked with all the comforts of home, like nice towels, comfy pillows and blankets, and lots of big coffee mugs next to the Kuerig. We used it mostly for sleeping and showering, but there is so much space for gathering comfortably in the dining room and living room. Best Staff Ever

"The Hilton Garden in is THE place to stay if you are flying in to Akron Canton and visiting the surrounding area. It's location was perfect for our needs, but the best part was the staff. I will never remember everyone"s name, but Rachel, Dave, and Linda were particularly helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttle service to be picked up at the airport was a lifesaver since our plane was delayed and we were unable to pick up our rental car until the next day. I will never forget how welcome and cared for we felt during our time at this particular Hilton. It all came down to the remarkable, friendly, staff and the security, comfort, and peace we experienced there. "
