Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system."

"Three of us decided to have a 2 centre ski trip. Coming to Tux on the last leg. We are so pleased we did this. The hotel is excellent. very friendly and has all facilities you need. Great food and a couple of good restaurants nearby for a change. eg Pizzas Pool/Spa really nice and rooms are great . Most importantly 10-15 mins by car or bus to variuos slopes. "The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities."
