"Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."

"We stayed here for five days as a family during winter. It is a quiet neighborhood and while not right downtown, there are different options to take public transportation to downtown. There are a few grocery stores on the corner. The apartment is spacious and check in was easy. "

"What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more. "

"The apartment is in an excellent location for those who wish to be outside of the main tourist Old Town, but want to still access it easily. Very close to the U3 subway line, which was very useful. The communication from the CheckVIENNA staff was fantastic. The apartment was spacious but very rough around the edges, with the toilet loose from the floor and the TV having no signal. "Absolutely loved staying in the penthouse unit. We stayed during winter and it was still nice and warm inside. Beautiful views and so much space. Decently stocked kitchen so we were able to buy some groceries around the corner and cook dinner. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Communication was great. As American travellers on our honeymoon they gave everything we needed and even left a note and champagne in the fridge. (We don't drink but the gesture was much appreciated). You can walk to bakeries and restaurants and the metro in just minutes. Schonnbrunn is a 12 minute walk but the gardens are only a few minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was large and comfortable. 5 stars, you really cant ask for more. "

"I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. Very quiet if you keep the windows closed. Fantastically convenient for the underground, just 100 yards from the front door - which is also spotless, on time and easy to use by the way. A reasonably good choice is provided for breakfast. Rooms have modern 60" tvs, which allow screen sharing from your mobile devices. A modern room safe is provided. Bathrooms are modern, excellent showers and spotlessly clean. Storage space in the room is limited, but adequte for short stays. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. Vienna is a beautiful city and easy to get in and out from this location. "
