. We loved this place for our family. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant, we really disliked our dinner there and found the staff very slow and seemed confused. We left the hotel for dinners after that, but breakfast was good. One of the best hotel pools I've seen, kids loved the play room. Hot tubs were empty due to water restrictions."

"Stayed 3 nights. We had a reasonably spacious room with a Juliet balcony with partial view of the town and of the surrounding mountains. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. However, no windows - only balcony door and room was rather warm with no fan or air con. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Didn't much care for the dining area and there are no drinks or snacks available at the hotel. 10 min walk to main square - and Villa de Leyva is...

"Very close to the main squre, around by restaurents, get noise at night, but it is a old house with nice bathroom. "

"We got a family room since all the area hotels were heavily booked for the holiday weekend and were pleased it was even larger and more roomy than the photos showed. The king bed was super king could sleep 5 easily with a twin bed on the first floor but two very large twins on the second floor. So we we not unhappy not being able to book a second room for our 35 year old son-it was very comfortable for him and us.It worked out well. Great location and good restaurant in heavy restaurant area...

"Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Rooms have been updated considering this is an older hotel. Spa is nice and enjoyable!!! You can walk to restaurants, stores and the main plaza in a few minutes. Area was also safe!!!"
