"Had a fantastic experience, the staff were nothing but impeccable and the overall stay was excellent! The pool & facilities there were great! The restaurant options was handy to have and of decent quality with MPW. Main negatives were lack of hand towels - seemed to be a shortage in the hotel as other people having this issue. "Good property, spacious room and comfortable beds. We were in a King Suite which was comfortable but oddly laid out. Main light controls were in 402 but we were told 401 and our key only works for that door, so we had to stumble through to find them. Room overly hot. Keys stopped working when we came in at 130am, had to call night manager twice to get in our room. Breakfast - basic fare, bacon and pancakes were overcooked and hard. Worth the room rate but improvements could be made."
