"部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"

"Small place but perfect for four people. Very safe neighborhood and easily accessible to the train. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and groceries near by. Thank you for the lovely stay! "

"Super nice place, we were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for our 3 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from WiFi, TV, stove, microwave as well as a consistently warm shower and bath. The location was also perfect with access to a 7 Eleven that was open 24/7 if we needed food. "Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do. "

"Staff was very helpful in calling for taxis. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Initially when we checked in, the air con had a funky, musty odor, which after a few hours went away. Rooms were a little small for American type folks. For the price, it was a good deal!"

"We were really impressed with Mustard hotel. Although the rooms are very simple and small (which comes expected with the price for this hotel as well as generally Japan styles), the property is in an incredible location, the staff were all so kind, and the cafe always has people around it. They also had a pop up in the lobby. All around, we loved our stay here. Amazing value. Would highly recommend."

"Lovely place to stay at, station is so close by and have loads of food plaves and shops. The staff is helpful and friendly, the house keepers done we great job cleaning the room every 3 days but provided clean towels everyday! Room is great for 2 adults, who go out everyday and explore. Keep in mind the room is small with 3 large suitcases! We had to open 1 at a time so we got space to move. Only thing i am grading low on is the smell of the toilet we can smell from the bathroom every time we opened the door. "
