We had some last minute travel difficulty and since we had booked through Expedia, we were stuck paying for the night we missed. Neither Expedia nor the hotel would work with us on that. Understandable because we had missed the window, but we had hoped for more forgiving service given our circumstances. The staff at the front desk was hit or miss. Our first encounter at check in was lovely, but then subsequent interactions and a phone call or two were a bit short. One time I went down with a question and the frontdesk was unmanned with no staff in sight for several minutes so I left.
The room itself was quiet and clean except for the shower which was poorly designed and absolutely flooded the bathroom and into the rest of the room meaning we had to pile towels on the floor to soak up the water which is gross and unsanitary.
