"The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high. "

"We had a great stay at the Priory Hotel. The room was clean. The bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows. There was a small coffee maker in the room. We really like the antique furnishings in the hallways. They have a workout room and computer room in the lower level of the hotel. The parking is free, which is a big bonus in Pittsburgh! "the staff here were all great and really added to our experience. Aaliyah the bartender and Reggie were so kind and helpful. they happily reopened the bar for us after just closing! nice clean rooms and in an area that is not over crowded and has lots of parking. this is not walking distance to downtown but not to far of a drive. we love Pittsburgh and will be back"
