"Exceeded expectations. I wish I got the name of the kind woman who helped us check in and talked with us during our stay. We appreciated her help. Loved the Onsen, loved that we could cook our own dinner, the hikes, went for a run. This is one of our favourite places and we would highly recommend. "Very convenient, seemingly new or refurbished hotel right next to the JR Fukushima Station. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Staff members were helpful and kind. I sent out laundry before 10am, and got it back before 5pm for a cheap price. I highly recommend! "

They spoke slowly, provided maps and instructions in English, and couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The location is beautiful and nearby Koriyama, Lake inawashiro, and Mt. Bandai.
