Ko-Hui

Property is aged (no USB) with cobwebs near the ceilings and corners. Bathroom was stinky, vanities are too low and too small. Despite that we upgraded to larger room to accommodate a third person in the room, but were told to add a second room for the person. It was not necessary because we were accommodated in Sendai and Sapporo with no hassle.
Richmond Hotel is near the west side of the Fukushima Station.

room is way more than the average Japanese hotels, however, that was the only thing I appreciated. The rooms smells bad and air circulation wasn't good enough.
