The only downside is the place is just too far from the subway stations. For travellers with large luggages, it may not be a convenient place. "It’s good for a family trip, because there are enough beds/ futons. But kind far from Shinsaibashi ，Close to Tennoji station( one stop to Tennoji) Great value!"

"It was a good stay for family. Stayed 4 days, 3 night. Subway line is abt 800m away, less than 10 mins walk will connect u to the rest of the subway/Trains line. For those whom drive, free sheltered parking right in front. House is clean, 3 bedrooms, one small playroom for children. Well maintained. "

"The area around the bed has not been cleaned, the heater only warms to the living room remote control, and the gate is broken, so I contacted him all morning and managed to fix it. The air conditioner used as a heater is dusty and the closet door in the second bedroom is broken. I have used it many times, but this was the worst accommodation ever."

Neither the public bath (tiny and uncomfortable changing room), nor the breakfast (average food at a unsuiting banquet hall) met our expectation on new year's day. No VIP access perks were given. "

"Some things may be a little outdated in the Nara Visitor Center & Inn but it is the best bang for your buck in town & the staff was outstanding - so friendly & helpful! I’m so glad we decided to spend a couple of days in Nara instead of just doing it as the day trip that it is so often marketed as. Nara is it’s own destination & my favorite part of my whole whirlwind journey through Japan."

"This place was very cool. Every floor has a different theme/color scheme and the rooms were big and bright. Most places I've stayed in Japan so far have been pretty mundane, but this place definitely works hard to be different and nice. Glad they had a few laundry machines as well. I'd stay again anytime"
