"Had an excellent stay at the Tokyu Stay! The room was unexpectedly large and had a washing machine and small kitchenette which came in handy. In a quiet area but easily walkable to nearby stations. Clean towels and tidy up provided daily at no extra charge but room was not cleaned/made up daily as with some other hotels. "

"The location is within 18-20 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. The room is standard small but bathroom is extreme small and at higher level of the room so this is not for someone with knee issue. "This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it. "

Club Lounge was included in our deal and was very much worth it, though vegetarian options are limited. "Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel...
