"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. "This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. The building itself is pretty cool and the location is convenient for what we needed. It’s right across the street from Crystal Plaza so we went shopping and had some food. A lot of people complain that the bed was too hard that didn’t bother me, but the pillows were definitely too hard. I wish that the decorations were more accurate to the photos.
