"For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great. "

Aspectos a mejorar: es el unico hotel de la cadena en las islas en el que nos han cobrado por una botella de agua VACIA que teniamos que rellenar nosotros en lugar de tener agua disponible en la habitación y la calidad de ciertas comidas ha sido mejorable (tómese como sugerencia, mas que como crítica).
