"Staff was great. Front desk very helpful. Restaurant outstanding. Unfortunately it was hot during our stay and hotel was not prepared. I understand no AC. Historically it was probably not needed, but with rising temps across Europe they need a supply of fans for rooms if requested. Our room faced the setting sun, so it was hot. Although we could open the window after sunset the room did not cool off. "
