"Whilst not the hotel’s fault, there is major construction of a new subway line around the complex which was not advertised at time of booking or anytime before our arrival. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom arrangement offered no privacy. The reception area also had a particularly unpleasant smell, like vomit. I personally wouldn’t stay here again."

"I loved the quaintness of the hotel. It had an old European look & feel. When we got there there was a slight glitch in our reservation. However, the manager, Tostig McCoy, was right on spot to resolve the issue and make sure we were supremely comfortable. I was totally at ease from the moment I stepped into the hotel.
