"Great location, next door to the Eventide Restaurant and near the Old Port. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Staff were helpful with an added blanket, parking, and directions. Room was spacious and clean. It was just one night, but we would go back."

"Sebastian and Hailey at the front were excellent and made us feel welcomed. There was a woman bartender (didn’t catch her name) one night who was working very diligently and was doing an amazing job during a rush. The area shuttle was such a great accommodation especially during some chilly nights. Our king room with a sofa was perfect. All around great hotel, highly recommend. "

"Perfect location, downtown, maybe a little noisy outside late at night. The Hyatt is undergoing renovations... So I'm sure it will be even better next visit. "
