"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. The upper floors mountain view rooms are simply spectacular, featuring massive wall-to-wall windows. Amazing to wake up to incredible scenery. Convenient...
