"The Check in process was really annoying. Self entering all my details name / address / passport / date of birth etc into this stupid iPad where all of this info was already saved on hotels.com is totally mid / wack / crap. Combine that with waiting for a receptionist who also goes away to serve drinks as a bartender makes for a garbage first impression.
