The staff were quite nice and accommodating (not everyone spoke English but this was not a problem). A delicious breakfast was provided and there is offsite parking available. The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!"
