"Listen, I am not a hater. I never leave negative reviews. It’s just that this place SUCKS. The furniture was awful when it was new, in the 70’s. The mattress sits on pallets. "Was not able to stay due to conflict with the way it booked. I accepted responsibility but their sight wouldn’t allow me to correct the difference. I waited for over 1.5 hours with small children. They were arrogant and didn’t have anyone who could communicate with hotels.com to resolve the issue. ..."
