"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! "Excellent service from front desk (from San Sebastián) bellman (Facundo) & Clara. Property very unique design, but carpets need good steam clean. Otherwise wonderful location, nice walk to beach and town. Hotel as charming as the town -- be sure to reserve your parking spot!! They have limited space "
