There is a mile long homeless encampment surrounding the property. Very unsafe area. I was also charged double the rate that was listed on Expedia for a Security deposit that I still have not gotten back.

Our family’s stay couldn’t have been better! Majer at the front desk was absolutely extraordinary! I can’t remember a time where we’ve received such excellent customer service. The street that the hotel is on is lined with rundown motor homes these people have obviously been parked there for a long long time. It’s very sad. I didn’t feel safe in this area at all. The hotel itself is clean as well as the room I stayed in, and they do offer a free breakfast. Staff was on the phone when I arrived and when I left so I felt like more like an inconvenience to them.

Up to typical Holiday Inn Express standard. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast bar open early, offering fare a that’s cut above the usual. Located in a commercial area with a caravan encampment nearby. Round the clock traffic noise from nearby freeway.

It is very clean hotel very good breakfast and comfortable. but the environment is not good. Trucks begin working in the morning noisy. Homeless R/Vs around the hotel. Just one thing in the bathroom in bath tube there is rust sinking under tap. Need to be clean with chemicals. Other than this everything’s perfect.
