We were not able to enter our room right away as we arrived in the morning but were able to store our luggage in a room that was not locked but luckily nothing was stolen. We did not have AC in the room which was a struggle, although the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We would stay here again."

"What a great find in Munich. First off, it's only a couple blocks from München Hbf (Munich Central Train Station) and from the Old Town where you'll see most of the tourist spots. The room was perfect sized for us with a nice walk-in shower. The biggest plus was the staff manning the front of house. Even though check-in/check-out is automated, the front of house staff was unbelievably helpful with getting us the layout of the hotel and of our neighborhood. Highly recommended!"

"Stayed for three nights with a friend to explore Munich. Very clean apartments, good little kitchen. Nothing like salt/pepper/oil for basic cooking so keep that in mind. Beds were very firm and the pillows even worse. If you’re used to anything soft you won’t get that here. Rooms were also very warm, couldn’t sleep with the doona on at night unless we opened the balcony door. Apparently they’re swapping over to heating the building from cooling and the concierge said it was helpful to know...
