Only a few minutes walk from the train station and they give you a free ticket to use any train or bus for miles around. So you can be in the middle of Freiburg in half an hour. "Very poor service, uncomfortable room, AC will not work if not summer even in warm and hot days, Mosquitos will not let you sleep. We stayed there for 3 nights, on the first night they gave us room 35, in this room the ceiling was low, my wife and I got many hit on the head as we tried to raise our head from the bed, you can hardly stand in the sower and be careful when standing near the sink and the toilet. Stay away and choose another hotel."

Highlights: geräumiges Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Negativ: laut knarrende Badezimmertür. Wenn jemand lärmempfindlich ist würde ich raten woanders Abend zu essen aber das Essen selbst war ausgezeichnet. "

Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area.
