Stayed there for the Christmas market. Beautiful hotel, great staff. Hotel is centrally located in alt stadt. Near all the sites you would wish to visit.

Very cosy atmosphere, the bar is really nice and worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, a coffee machine in the room would be nice but they serve coffee in the bar. Nice experience. Thank you

Für einen Städtetrip eine super Lage mitten in der Altstadt. So kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist noch neu, daher ist die Ausstattung der Zimmer in einem super Zustand und modern. Service beim Checkin kann noch optimiert werden, Personal wirkte bei größerem Aufkommen überfordert. Telefonisch leider kaum zu erreichen. Die Bar ist gemütlich mit einer guten Auswahl, auch hier müssen sich die Abläufe noch einspielen, gerade wenn die Bar voll besetzt ist. Gutes Frühstücksangebot mit reichlich Auswahl. Obwohl ein Wellnessbereich bei Expedia angegeben wird, verfügt das Hotel leider nicht darüber.

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Komplett neu renoviert. Direkt in der Altstadt nur die Fahrt zum dazugehörigen Parkhaus war etwas abenteuerlich da man mit dem Auto durch die belebte Fußgängerzone fahren musste und die Leute es nicht ganz nachvollziehen konnten Dann war ausgerechnet Weihnachtsmarkt. Aber genial gelegen ,mittendrin und alles fußläufig zu erreichen

Tolles neues gemütliches Hotel. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend! Das Zimmer war recht großzügig incl riesen TV am Bett. Netflix geht über eigenen Account vom Handy. Bad mit Fussboden und Spiegelheizung. Ein anständiger Fön liegt im Schrank bereit. Vor 15 Uhr einchecken kostet 50 Euro. Geparkt haben wir im Parkhaus Rotteckgarage. Ist zufuss echt machbar. Das Auto kann zum be und entladen durch die Fußgängerzone vor das Hotel gefahren werden. Wenn man Tagsüber das Auto benutzt rechnet es sich. Gerne wieder!

Betten hart und leider sehr klein. Lüftung lässt sich nachts nicht ausschalten und ist sehr laut! Wir konnten zwei Nächte nicht schlafen. Tiefgaragen-Einfahrt in der Innenstadt schwer zu finden, da nicht ausgeschildert und wir keine Info über die Zufahrt vom Hotel erhalten haben. Andere Gäste irrten eine Stunde durch Freiburg und hatten Diskussionen mit dem Ordnungsamt, weil sie den Parkplatz nicht gefunden haben. Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Zimmer-Reinigung war sehr chaotisch organisiert. Teilweise erst sehr spät und der Aufzug war gefühlt den ganzen Tag durch Putzkräfte belegt. Personal an der Bar war sehr langsam, und unbeholfen. Deren Rezepte stimmten nicht mit den Zutaten auf der Karte überein. Die Karte war übrigens auch schwer zu lesen. Kleine graue Schrift auf grünem Papier bei schwacher Beleuchtung. Wer lässt sich sowas einfallen? Das Hotel hat neu eröffnet, wir waren angeblich die ersten Gäste. (Es war auch viel Krepp-Papier im Zimmer für die Maler, was nicht gerade einladend wirkte.) Es gibt wohl noch viel zu verbessern. Aber Schade, dass es keine Aufmerksamkeit seiten des Hotels gab, bezüglich der vielen kleinen Mängel. Eine hauptverantwortliche Person war nicht zu erkennen. Nur ständig wechselnde junge Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die die Mängel zur Kenntnis nahmen...
