"Arrived late into GRU and had an early morning flight the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us to get a good night sleep and continue our trip. Nice that breakfast starts at 530am. Downside the dining room was a bit dirty by 6am. There is a free airport shuttle every half hour. Wasnt early enough for us but great if it works for you. "

"The room was small but sufficient and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out weren't very communicative. When I checked-in, I was told to just leave my car keys, which I did, but wasn't given a ticket. In the morning, when I wanted to leave, I wasn't told where to go to pick up my car. When I figured that out, they didn't know which car was mine and I had to go look for it."

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos, I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite and kind when I arrived. When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. "The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around."

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

Enjoyable six-night stay.

"I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, art galleries, theaters, malls, and historical sites. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. It offers various dishes suitable for people from different countries. While most hotel employees do not speak English, which is common for hotels in Brazil, they still make an effort to assist foreign guests and ensure a pleasant stay. As a New Yorker from the USA, I had a wonderful six-night stay here and plan to return during my future trips to São Paulo."

"Airport shuttle service was very good. Restaurant/bar were still open and serving after we checked in at 9:30 PM Excellent, included breakfast buffet. Positive vibes. All of the staff were super friendly. Very nice room."

"This was probably the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Service was great. Room was amazingly comfortable and clean. Even the bathroom was nice. Could not ask for a better place to spend my last night in Brazil. "

great hotel in a great neighborhood

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"

Fantastic couple's stay at Wyndham Paulista Avenue

"We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at. "

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
