"The spa was closed the whole week and only open on weekend. Also they advertise the whale deck but they no longer provide the means to get there. So best they take that off. Otherwise was a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms."

"Lovely place with extremely friendly and helpful staff- they could not do enough to be helpful and welcoming. The monkeys visiting the balcony each morning were lovely too heheh. Evening meals were of good quality homely style, in big portions. "When we arrived they showed us to the wrong room. They allocated a room with one double bed for 4 people. The replacement room was dirty and had a terrible mouldy smell. When is was bed time we found dead ants under the pillows and blankets. The tv also only had one canal. There was no WiFi in the room as promised on the web. When we enquired we were told the room is to far from the office to use WiFi. I have to give a huge compliment to all the staff for their great service. "
