"We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. "

"I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

"I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!"

"Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. We just loved the room, walkable areas, wonderful staff and stay overall. Ohhh and did I mention the free laundry rooms, arcade and theatre on site?! The list goes on and on. STAY here especially...

"My family vacationed here for 4 days and enjoyed it! The weather was a little chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy some of the amenities. But we did use the laundry service, eat at the restaurant, and walk the beach. We had a great time! This is our second stay here and we will definitely be back! "

"This is our new favorite. We’ve been out of town hotel hopping in different cities and this is our favorite place, more desirable than even the $200 hotel in New Orleans we stayed at. I’m so glad we were able to find this gem. We stayed on the seventh floor. The elevator is a bit scary LOL but that was it. Everything including the staff and people that stay there are truly wonderful. "

Very comfortable and great view.

"We had a corner room on the 4th floor. It was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The view was great. We walked down to the beach and passed the pool area, but we didn't go in the pool. It was setup really neat. "

"We absolutely love this hotel and will be returning soon.the staff was amazing.the only complaint was our room was cold.the next day it finally warm up..our room was on the first floor but we had to walk way around to get to our room my knee didn’t like that..But other than that.it was and amazing experience.you have everything you need at this hotel.if you stay here you will be happy "

"Chose this hotel due to location near the beach and reasonable price/night. The room was on 2nd floor with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The beds were comfortable and hot breakfast was a plus. Would have loved the pool, but it was too cold outside to use it. "
