The property was ok. There was a lot of construction work going on inside. We asked for a room that was not on the 1st floor and told no as construction on the upper floors. We asked for a quiet room and was placed next to an exit door by a construction closet. We will stay at Best Western next visit.

We were provided a room with MOLD and I was handicapped. This was not what I was expecting. I was not offered my money back. Only after I asked for a new room... after my daughter had tried and was unable... were we placed in a different room. Never again.
