"A well situated location, close to transportoptions and about 8 minutes walk from the Central railway station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The organic breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options available. The rooms were large and conmfortable and well insulated - despite the corder aspect and being on the first floor we heard no external noise. "Clean, warm apartment with friendly staff. The room we had was facing the train tracks and road, so a bit noisey. We were there for 5 nights, but had our cleaning day on the last night. It would have been nice for washing powder and cleaning wipes to be used during our stay. The staff are very warm and friendly. "

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. "I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

"It was a solo trip in end of October. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The room it self is nice. The shower always had hot water. It was a comfortable room. At the very center of Copenhagen near many sights. . I felt safe on my own. It would be perfect if they had a kittle in the room. Very good hotel

"The hotel was in a really good location, was very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just plan a little longer when taking a shower due to the low water pressure. Overall very happy and would definitely consider it again if coming to Copenhagen. "

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location

"This was a 2 night stay to enjoy the Copenhagen Christmas markets. The hotel was stunning, the moment you stepped through the door there was a beautiful smell. It was all decorated for Christmas in the lobby. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. So much choice and so nice. Everything tasted fresh and the pastries wow! I had a gorgeous Superior room on the 6th floor with a stunning view. The room was big, clean, had plenty of tea, coffee etc and a bottle of water. I loved it. It is in a great location, easy to walk to anywhere in the city. I will definitely be back. Thankyou NH Collection Copenhagen."

"The hotel is literally minutes away from the train station and metro, making it an excellent choice for people like myself with compromised mobility. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us regarding transport and any other queries. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the dining area pleasant and airy. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or the ability to borrow one from reception, but otherwise I cannot fault this hotel."
