The food and beverage, on point. Although we had some noisy neighbors on our first night (not the hotel’s fault, so no complaints there), we slept wonderfully. The pillows are heavenly, the slippers luxuriously soft, and the attention to detail in celebrating special occasions is truly exceptional. "What a gem! Fabulous location in the “country” yet walking distance to town. Exception staff and I mean EXCEPTIONAL! Huge spacious well appointed accommodations. Loved the private driver service. Wonderful restaurant and an amazing full breakfast. Some of the furnishings are ready for an update but overall an authentic, idyllic home away from home. (* note: the bikes need servicing). We LOVED our stay and miss Bonita a her team already. "
