Decent hotel

Decent hotel. Busy bar at the weekend but little night life around the area. Clean and hotel staff were very helpful.

Everything I needed with nothing I didn’t, at a good price. Not familiar with Motel One before travelling, I was surprised at how modern and clean everything was. Would absolutely seek out Motel One again in Frankfurt and elsewhere if I just needed a simple, inexpensive place to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our one-night stay. We spontaneously added a person to our room and could park our bikes in the garage, everyone from reception to breakfast staff was genuinely friendly. Breakfast (added that on spot) and outdoor area to sit were our highlights. We had read reviews saying it didn’t have much choice but we can’t second that: Andechser (high quality local) products, a solid range of veggie options and really good coffee made this a yummy experience worth the price. Thank you for a great stay!

the hotel was amazing, the location, property and rooms were excellent and the receptionist "Alexandra" was more than wonderful, she was very helpful and decent. our only problem was that the room was too bare, no tissues, no bottle of water, no slippers, not toiletries kit, nothing at the bathroom, not even a pen! the only thing the room had was towels! I cant remember when was the last time for me to find a hotel room that empty, honestly it was very disappointing to me and my wife.

Good hotel

Ten minutes walk from the station but through an area that whilst not unsafe there were a lot of drug users. Hotel is new and only disappointing for hing was the single child’s duvet put onto the double bed and lacks of towels. Obviously making the single occupant statement but it’s crappy policy

This hotel is unsafe. The staff knowingly allow outside people go into the elevator and freely roam around any floor. A taxi driver left his car on the busy street and came to the third floor looking for a bathroom. There is no guard against anyone going up the elevator. When this was mentioned to the staff, they said it is an open bar and restaurant and it's not their responsibility. Unsafe, rude staff.

Hôtel très bien, seul remarque il n’y a pas de poubelle de chambre, uniquement dans la salle de bain et pas de possibilité de faire le tri. Également les serviette de bain ne sont pas grande ( taille actuelle qui serait parfaite pour un enfant). Concernant le lit, la couette était petite elle était plus courte que la largeur du lit qui était un 140, heureusement j’étais seule. Autrement très propre.

Das Hotel liegt im Messeviertel. Das Skyline Plaza befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Standard den man von Motel One kennt. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat für 17Euro vergleichsweise zu anderen Hotels wenig zu bieten. Die Sitzgelegenheiten an Hochstühlen oder an zu niedrigen Tischen (Beistelltischen) finde ich sehr ungemütlich. Kein guter Start in den Tag. Sich an einen großen Tisch mit 8 anderen Personen zu setzen ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
