I ticked the box showing we would arrive between 10am and 12 noon but hotel was locked when we arrived at 11am. Rang phone number on the door and was told no-one would arrive before 2.30pm as they were on lunch break. So we could not leave our bags. Someone did arrive shortly after 2.30 and gave us a key to room and side door. By the time we left at 11am on Wednesday we saw no-one reappear in reception. Curtains half size of window so bright very early. Door to bathroom was smashed where lock should be. No shower gel.

Fehlerhafte Angaben, zubuchen Frühstück nicht möglich obwohl es im Internet stand. Rezeption nur bis 19:00 besetzt obwohl im Netz andere Zeit stand. Einchecken hat halbe Stunde gedauert bis er meine Buchung gefunden hat. Dusche kaputt Wasser kam nicht nur aus Brause sondern auch aus dem Griff.
