It’s a place to stay

This is a simple business type hotel. When we checked in there was a long line and the front desk person didn’t even talk to you when you checked in. He waved you forward with your fingers as he was arguing on the phone with somebody about a bill. Not exactly a warm, hospitable greeting. The room itself was fine. Clean with good beds. If you’re looking for a warm shower in a good bed, this hotel would suffice. I would, however, expect a much more appropriate greeting from the staff.

Nice affordable hotel right across the street from a train station. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Staff was friendly and spoke english. Breakfast was good and property was very clean.

Wouldn't want to stay unless I have to.

Some of the staffs are not so friendly. (not all) Don't want to feel being oppressed as a guest even though we are not fully knowledgeable about certain things. It would be good if we feel welcomed without being judged. There was annoying sound from the air conditioner or some other machine all night for every 30 min to an hour in my room. Didn't want to report this at site as I didn't find the clerk kind or helpful. I just decided not to stay there any longer.

Alles top, von Check In bis Sauberkeit. Man muss sich halt bewusst sein, dass es Eschborn Gewerbegebiet ist, also quasi kaum was "drum herum". Aber ist auch nur 2min von der nächsten S-Bahn entfernt.

Also Preis-Leistung war hervorragend. Wie hatten als 4 köpfige Familie ein 4 Bettzimmer gebucht. Es war sauber und ordentlich, jedoch sollte das Bad Mal wieder renoviert werden. Da wir nur ein Schlafplatz brauchten war es jedoch ausreichend. Das Personal war super .sehr freundlich und haben versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war gut für 12 Euro bekommt man schon was Geboten von Toast bis Mehrkornbrötchen war alles dabei sowie verschieden Kaffeespezialitäten und Obstsalat. Alles im allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt für den Preis von 166 Euro 4 Person 2 Nächte 45 Euro Frühstück war es total in Ordnung. Auch die Verbindung zur Innenstadt (10-20min) war top . Jedoch muss ich nochmal erwähnen,das es besser wäre das Frühstücksbuffet aufzufüllen als alle 10 Minuten eine rauchen zu gehen. ( Eine Angestellte) Das fande ich etwas störend ..aber das muss ja nicht jeden so gehen.

Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal.Ruhige Umgebung.Die Zimmer waren sauber aber am Vorhang und den Ecken sehr staubig.Alles in allem würde ich für einen Kurztrip wie diesen wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Die Lage ist ideal nur wenige Gehminuten zum S-Bahnhof Eschborn-Süd. Die Umgebung ist allerdings nicht ansprechend zwischen hohen Bürogebäuden. Das Hotel selbst is ok für den Preis. Zimmer klein, aber komfortabel. Betten und Dusche sind prima. Der Check-in war allerdings ein Drama. Die Rezeption ist nämlich nur sehr begrenzt geöffnet. Zu anderen Zeiten muss man digital einchecken. Das war allerdings ziemlich kompliziert. Erst einmal war der Code, den man zum Einchecken braucht, nicht in der Mail von Expedia angegeben. Ein Anruf bei der Notnummer führte zu nichts, da man bei B&B Hotel wohl der Meinung ist, dass das nicht ihr Problem, sondern das des Gastes ist. Um an die Buchungsdaten und den Code heranzukommen, mussten wir erst einen Account bei Expedia einrichten. Im Hotel selbst versagte die Software des Check-in Automaten auf halbem Wege und mussten wir Namen, Geburtstage und Anschrift noch mal eingeben. Beim 2. Mal klappte es dann. Alles zusammen sehr ärgerlich und zeitraubend. Sowohl für Expedia als für B&B Hotel daher ein Ungenügend.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung gebucht. An der Rezeption wurden wir freundlich empfangen und es klappte alles reibungslos. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Einziger Wunsch wäre, dass die Handtücher einen angenehmeren Geruch haben. Beim Gesicht abtrocknen roch es sehr chemisch.
