"Uniquely beautiful, staff are extremely polite and courteous. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal as was Restaurant and bar! Great view out patio, I spent hours setting there!"
"Great hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, well equipped. Quadruple room was great for us and our two kids.
Would love to have parking better marked as well as signs at the back entrance. We arrived after dark and it was a bit uncomfortable driving around back of the building, but once we found our way it was just fine.
Would certainly stay here again!"
"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront.
They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy.
At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
"The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay! The hotel is incredibly historic and charming. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. Jena is an absolute gem of a city and we would love to stay here again!"
"the room was in good condition and the front was friendly to me but there were a lot of flies outside of the window.
when i opened the window, a lot of flies (maybe 50) came into the room within a minute.
Pls do something for fly protection."
