"The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. Friendly central hotel - good breakfast

"Convenient central hotel with a nice breakfast and good front desk service (they spoke German and English as well as ,of course, Portuguese). Easy to get cabs from here and and also walk to the subway. Air conditioner in room occasionally dripped water, might need servicing. Nice views from the higher floors."

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "
