"We had three wonderful days in Limone and got exactly what we expected: a spacious room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. The mattresses were a bit firm, and unfortunately, the shower isn’t ideal for people of average height.
The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing – until the pump starts running. So it’s best not to choose the sunbeds located right next to the pump. Breakfast was good, everything you need, and you even start the day with a glass of sparkling wine.

"I recently stayed at the property with my partner for three nights and we had an excellent time. The hotel is in a fantastic location and it is kept in pristine condition. The view from breakfast is certainly something that should be experienced. The parking next to the property is also a real bonus based on how difficult it can be to park in Malcesine. The owner, Marco, is a very proud and hospitable man who made us feel very welcome. I hope to return soon :-)"

"For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!!

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
