"Hotel isn't new, but clean and well maintained. Towels very clean, bed linens very clean, though sink in our room #211 was draining water slower than it should. Overall it's a good value for $79 we paid for one room for four people including small breakfast."

Just hanging out by the pool all day or walking vineyards or simply just "being" while the Tuscan sun rejuvenates your soul. It was a fantastic couple of days that was restorative and memorable."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint boutique hotel situated on beautiful grounds. Our room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Outstanding breakfast included every morning. We also loved the location in the countryside just minutes from San Gimignano. Francesca and Luca were most hospitable! Highly recommend!"
