"Please note this is a family hotel which may be exactly what you are looking for. However, this involves kids running around parking lot and hallways. Hallways are all wood so there is a loud echoing sound. You can see from my previous reviews of other properties that I’m not one to complain. We found the need to eat the prepaid expense and move to another hotel."

"We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. "We arrived in the afternoon and had to hunt around for a receptionist, which proved difficult. The rooms were clean although, on a main road and without air-con, proved noisy with the windows open to allow the room to cool. Breakfast was good."

"Charming hotel in a bijou mountain village. We stayed in the main hotel, with a view towards the mountains - though there seem to be separate chalets too. "We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. "We loved staying at this castle! There is so much history there and lots to be explored. We were there off-season and it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Our room was beautiful and clean, and there were lots of choices on the breakfast they presented us. I would highly recommend this castle if you like historic properties. (Be sure to see the chapel as it is stunning!)"
