"Achei o hotel péssimo, o quarto parece que cheirava mal, os corredores parece que n eram limpos e sem falar que você subia e descia e não chegava no quarto. Até que a atendente que fez o check- in era simpática, mas o o atendente que fez o check-out , nem um pouco simpático , pouco grosseiroo. Acho que quando se trabalha com público , a pessoa tem ser mais simpático, comunicativo e mostrar para o cliente a receptividade do hotel.
