"Property stated they had shuttle to globe life field weeks before stay. Checked in and i was told that the shuttle was "under maintenance " its a city shuttle that services hotels in area, so the hotel lies about it. Shuttle says they don't service Hyatt anymore. Pool was also under maintenance and those 2 reasons were main reasons to book and no heads up given until check in. Property couldn't do a refund and general manager was no where to be found and front desk just laughs when asked for...

"Perfect location in the midst of all of the Stockyard activities! Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was perfect. The pool was a great place to relax and liked the fact that self parking was available and had restricted spaces for hotel guests. Hotel staff were super friendly!"
