"Booked this for my daughter and 2 grand children, last minute as her tent was broken by the adverse weather they was experiencing. They loved the property, they said it was very clean and well equipped and they loved the view of the mountains. Property is very close to a train station but my daughter said they didnt hear any noise from it."

"Ian's lodge proved to be super quaint in a quiet part of Kilchoan and up a slight hill, with a view of the water in the distance. Secluded surroundings making an evening on the porch ideal and private. Nice over hang making sit outs in the rain ideal and atmospheric. Very close to Kilchoan grocery store which also has a petrol station and with Kilchoan Hotel only a 5 minute walk away. So you have all the amenities on your doorstep. Great location for exploring the furthest part of Ardnamurchin...

"wouldn't return to many faults, wifi kept going off , no hand wash or cleaning products,3 bathrooms half a toilet roll in each for 9 people, clip for shower broken, had to keep emptying the basin under kitchen sink pipe broke , out side needs to be maintained also. For the money paid we were all disappointed"

"The location of the cottage was exceptional. Great views of the mountain and Coe river which flows right next to the cottage. The overall quality of the cottage was below average. Very small & cramped. Sofas in very poor condition. Not enough cutlery. Very old and dated appliances. Bathrooms were below standards expected."
