"Check in was super easy And front desk associate I think her name was Cristian was amazing she went above in the kidness and accommodating our large group. She was super Friendly and showed she cared for the guests checking. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. Only down was the rooms had a weird smell but you quickly got used to it."

"The hotel was clean and nice. Our rooms were ready a little early. Staff was nice. I really enjoyed the lady that worked at the breakfast that was from over the river in Hamilton. She was such a great friendly worker. You should be proud of her, went out of her way above and beyond to take care of my daughter-in-law‘s baby and make coffee for her! What an excellent worker! I wish I could remember her name. I hope you know who I mean when I say she was a bubbly blonde with the accent."
